I've just spent the weekend in Essex for a friends hen party and captured my evening and daytime make up looks to share with you. I am a huge fan of MAC and both looks were created using all MAC products...except for the mascara which is a real cheap find that I'll share at the end.
Below are my two looks and a list of the products I used to create them. Sorry for the serious face poses!
Look one... Evening
Foundation: Studio Sculpt NC30
Concealer: Studio Finish NC30
Powder/Foundation: Mineralize loose foundation in light plus
Contour/Highlight: Mineralize skinfinish in semi precious pearl
Blush: Mineralize blush in gleeful
Eyebrow: Eye pencil in stud
Eyeshadow: Retrospeck and Bronze
Eye pencil: Eye Kohl in Teddy
Lipstick: Matte So Chaud
Look two... Daytime
Foundation, concealer, powder, blush, eyebrow and eye pencil are all as listed above. The rest is...
Lip pencil: Spice
Lipstick: Honey Love
The only non MAC product in both looks is the mascara. I'm yet to find one that actually does what it says without having the phrase...' Styled with natural lash inserts' which basically means you won't be able to achieve this look with the mascara alone. The mascara that I love at the moment is Essence 'Maximum defenition volume mascara' available in Wilkos. It's small plastic brush is perfect for getting into all the corners and it really does give length and volume without it being clumpy and tacky. It's around £2.80 so the price is brilliant compared to some of the more well now brands but I honestly think this one is just as good.
I hope you liked the two looks and if there's a mascara that you think I'll like then let me know
Speak soon
